So your disappointed cuz the AMA State Rally and Adventure Ride Got flooded out? Not to worry, because Bill, Buckeye Dual Sporters, and Ohio Motorized Trails Association will be doing it again! IMHO the fall Nutcracker 200 is probably the best ride in Ohio every year. Why you ask? Well, for starters cool fall temperatures make for awesome riding, you get on site camping for both tents and RVs, and an awesome catered dinner Saturday night (Bill, will it be the pulled pork again? It is so yummy!), and vendors showing off cool bikes and gear. On site shower house with lots of hot water too.

That's just whats going on at camp! What about the trail? Well first pick your pleasure, the dual sport route or the adventure bike ride. If you like lots of single track, tight woods trails, and gnarly hills, go for the dual sport. Suitable for bikes like DRZ400, the nuts on KTM trail bikes, and other street legal dirt bikes. If you like bombing down gravel roads, tree lined country lanes, the occasional mild trail section, and awesome scenery you can enjoy riding 2 up, then take the adventure ride. Suitable for KLRs, 990 Adventures, and R1200GS/A type bikes. Don't forget, it's TWO days of riding, about 100 miles each day, and all of the trail sections are only rideable for this event thanks to land owners who allow access!

What makes all those land owners open up their land to a couple hundred bikes? Well, when your about halfway through the ride each day you get lunch provided to you by the local volunteer fire departments, and the weekend is a fundraiser for them. You get to ride awesome trails and roads, and help out the VFD guys who help so many! Plus it's great PR for thesport, the community just loves it, and loves having the riders invade every year. More to come, and Looking forwar to seeing some familiar riders at this one!
Here's the flier for the Nutcracker. I'd like everyone to take notice of the fact that Bill likes to add a small extra amount of difficulty to my world by making oddball size fliers. Sorry, this is as big as I can make it, so if you can't find your bifocals hold down the Ctrl key and hit + to zoom in.

United we ride.
Divided we piss and moan about trail closures.
