This event will be held October 17th, 2009 at Eastwood metro park in Dayton, Ohio. 10-6pm
Address - 1385 Harshman Rd. - Dayton, Ohio
All profits from the raffle and any donations will go to the OMTA!!!
This is a all breeds jeep show/cruise in. We normally have well over 100 rigs. RTI Ramp, balance ramp, vendors, US Army climbing wall, food vendors, chain saw carving demo.Oh yeah and lots of Jeeps of all kinds!!!
Goodie bags to the first 50 jeeps!

need to hear from someone please about this event. I need to know if ya'll are coming down and setting up a demo booth and I need literature, banner etc.

I spoke with Bill today, and hewants to get with you about this. He just wrapped up putting on the AMA Nutcracker 200 and coordinating the volunteers for the AMA National Endurocross in Columbus. It is not that we don't want to make a presence at your event, it is that the few of us who "do" are stretched very thin.

Sorry I have been just buried with my day job and out of the state for the past several weeks.
I have just sent a message out requesting assistance for your event. I'm hoping someone much more local
than I will be able to swing by and help out.
Hang in there. Lots going on and I know everyone is busy. We'll see if we can get something going for you.

THANK YOU!!! Its really not that big of a deal if you cant get someone here. It would be a good thing for growth and seeing that it is a benefit for the OMTA. However, just get me about 200 pcs. of literature about OMTA and maybe some banners or something. If no one can show. This is a good event with lots of media and radio coverage. over 100 jeeps last year.

I feel awful not going down with it doing so much for this organization. Not to mention missing out on the fun! 
The three hour drive is a bit much for me at this time, I hope everyone has fun tomorrow! Please post up with any pics or interesting tid-bits!!

Well want to say thanks to Bill for showing up and setting up the OMTA tent etc. Congrats on winning the Hi-lift as well. Throughout the day we had over 150 jeeps visit our event. Several vendors, lots of new club members and attention for the OMTA. We raised a few bucks and had a great time. Bill, I will be sending the roster and some money in the next week. So...OMTA just recieved about 165 new members.
Thanks!!!!! We will do it again next year as well. This will be our annual event to promote the OMTA.
