Yeah, life has rules we all need to live by, so here's the rules for the rides forum.
1. Of road oriented rides and events. If you are putting together a trip, hosting a rodeo, having a fund rasier event for you club, or even just a party that you want your fellow riders and OMTA members to be invited to, put it here. Your church picnic, a bicycle rally, equestrian event, sorry, not here. It might be a fine line on some things but common sense should prevail.
2. OMTA events, and OMTA Member Club events only. We built the site for our members, and we do a lot of work for our members. While the forum is open to non-members so they can become more informed, posting of non-OMTA events will be considered spam.
3. This is a family oriented site, for a family oriented sport, no posting of Adults only parties or events. If you wouldn't want your kids or Grandma to be there, keep it out. |

So what's the harm in letting others know when an atv event is being held that's not OMTA? (Especially when it's taking place here in Ohio!) |

You can, just not here. Our members work hard for the sport and riders. We are the only group making progress by getting laws changed, engaging elected officials, and working with ODNR for public recreation opportunities. This site is by those people and for those people, as well as an avenue to provide info to other riders who wish to get involved and help the sport. If you want your organizations event featured on the OMTA site, your group is welcome to join, pitch in, and help the sport. _________________ Matthew T. Mesarchik

United we ride.
Divided we piss and moan about trail closures. |
